Summary: Great product, bad service.
Comment: Amazon always has provided great products and great service.
However this DVD came from Royal Video and was for my granddaughter's
4th birthday. It was to arrive in 3-21 days. I had hoped for the
soonest. It took 23 days!! The video was great, but I will never
order anything coming from Royal Video again, and will only stick
with Amazon!

Comment: The worst experience I have ever had, I never received Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (Disney Special Platinum edition) DVD. The seller never replied to any of my e-mails through Amazon.com, inquiring about the Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (Disney Special Platinum Edition) DVD I purchased. I am still waiting for a full refund for the item & shipping fee that I was billed for merchandise that I did not received.
