Summary: Really can't tell the diffrence
Comment: I've been using this filter on my C3000 ever since I bought the machine up until a few months ago. I really couldn't tell any difference in taste without the filter. I know it helps to reduce the buildup of minieral inside the machine but as far as taste my coffee/espresso it still tastes like coffee/espresoo without the filter. I would still recomend buying it to reduce the buildup of minerals inside your machine but as far as taste I would pass.
