Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Life (practice) saver Comment: I do a lot of aikido, jujutsu and wrestling techniques and my knees had been killing me whenever I knelt down (obviously a lot of kneeling). After putting these on I don't feel a thing, I can get down on the ground (mat or hardwood floor) without even thinking about it. This is a great product, somethings I would change on them though: - better quality stitching (I already have a couple of strands coming off from the seams) - breathing holes, since this is almost all neoprene or some artificial material it gets really hot really fast (a couple of holes along the sides) to let some air in would be nice. All in all I recommended this product. More Reviews
