BUT, after being on Alive for about 1 week I was gardening for hours, cleaning out closets, energy, energy, energy ! I finally had the energy to do the tasks I wanted to do. My husband asked who I was and where was his wife?? I thought about it and realised it was the Alive vitamins ....I feel so much better overall than I've felt in several years.
