Comment: I like the size of these capsules -- nice & small (I have trouble taking puills). as far as their effectiveness -- I'm still waiting to see results, but don't see any difference in my weak nails yet. I'll give this a little more time to work!

Comment: I bought this for my wife on the advice of her doctor abd it really does grow new nail beds. You have to be patient and use 5MG but it really works!!!!

Cons: Does it really show a difference?
I bought Biotin mainly for my nails. I can truely say.. I think.. it works. I bite my nails nonstop and when i started using it i felt my nails were growing back faster and harder. It is great tha t this is 5mg and not a 3mg bottle. The only recommendation I have since this sells directly from swanson, is to buy more than one to save on shipping.
