Comment: A robust, full bodied, sweet, somewhat "earthy", I guess I might call it, honey, which would appeal to most honey lovers; I use it medicinally, with a fat teaspoonful in AM & PM..coats the throat and reportedly has higher antioxidants than ordinary honey.
