Customer Rating: Summary: Boatsload of fun Comment: This toy was a hit at the party it was so good it was bad. All the kids were fighting to be on it and I had to break things up. I was pleased with this buy. That being said, the durability kinda sucked as on of the ballast got a strecth hole and then it became useless after 2 weekends with many kids.
I cant totally blame the manufacter as my kids and friends really used it and we may have overused it.
Customer Rating: Summary: Poorly constructed Comment: We purchased the Sea-Saw Rocker for our 8-yr-old daughter to use in our in-ground pool. She's pretty lean, as are her friends. This toy does not stand up to the wear and tear it should have been designed to withstand, given the concept for the toy. The seams where kids sit split and spring leaks almost every time it gets used. I do not recommend this product, it is just much too cheaply manufactured.
Customer Rating: Summary: Fun, but doesn't do what it's designed for........ Comment: This toy lasted for less than a week. My 10-12 year old boys had a hard time getting this thing to see-saw at all. Actually, it was nearly impossible for them to do, as it was my husband and I as we tried it. So, they decided they would just get on the float, grab the handles and use their weight to rock it side to side (rather than the up & down see-saw rocking it was designed for)until it tipped them into the pool. It was great fun while it lasted. Unfortunately, that wasn't long. One side sprung a leak that I didn't have the patience to find and repair. By the way, there wasn't a repair kit in the box anyway. Anyway, I gave it a "4" rating for fun, but it really didn't work well as a see-saw rocker, just a large, comfortable, fun-to-tip each other float. Maybe since they didn't use it as it was designed, it didn't last as it should have?
