Summary: D-mannose changed my life
Comment: For the past 2 years I suffered a uti every time I had sex, regardless of obsessive hygiene. The constant use of antibiotics (macrobid, cipro, bactrim) damaged my joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles and nerves, especially those in my arms hands and shoulders.
The physical and emotional toll of the uti's and antibiotics was severe and I was at the point where I thought I could never have sex again.
By chance I read an obscure testimonial online about the healing power of this magical sugar and I am relieved to say that since using d-mannose I no longer get a uti after sex. This fact has changed my life and my body is slowly healing from the effects of the antibiotics.
I want everyone who has or is suffering from chronic uti's, and the horrible side effects of antibiotics, to know about d-mannose. It works.

Summary: Plus nutrition can change your life
Comment: I've been getting UTI's since I was very young, and taking preventitive antibiotics since I was about 7 years old. I discovered that I have candida, and am on a candida cleanse. I was extremely worried I would get UTI's while on the cleanse (no antibiotics allowed!), so I bought this product. I am not sure if its due to the fact that my body is back in a better balance with the candida (which also affects your immune system, and throws off your bacteria/yeast ratio) or this product, which I take when needed as a preventative measure... but I have not gotten one in months! I highly recommend to all, in addition to this product, however, to consider a candida cleanse if you have issues with UTI's recurring and don't want antibiotics all the time. I think 70 percent of the population have this and its horrible, just do a google search if you dont' believe me! Also, this book, "You Don't Have to Live With Cystitis" was extremely informative! I feel silly about why I never even bothered to read up on my condition and not just trust doctor after doctor. It tells you for instance, that you are NOT supposed to take cranberry as it makes your urine more acidic which is what the bad bacteria feeds on! This is old advice! A small amount (like a quarter teaspoon or something) of baking soda is soooo much better TRUST ME! I actually one time had like a gallon of Cranberry juice hoping it would help (including cranberry pills), and it just did nothing. I finally have taken an interest in my health and it has paid off! I hope you do the same! That's all I can think of to say....good luck!

Summary: Amazing miracle pill for my chronic UTIs
Comment: I've been using ClearTract for about six months now, and it amazingly has been a "miracle drug" for me. I've been UTI free since I first found ClearTract, and now if I start to feel the first painful, frequent inklings of what might become a full-blown UTI, I take anywhere from three to nine capsules w/in a 24 hour period, and the next day my symptoms are gone. Hallelujah. For over ten years I've suffered from chronic UTIs, getting anywhere from four to ten annually. Sometimes they seemed to be caused from intercourse, sometimes from too much coffee, sometimes from lord knows what. Sometimes my UTIs were bacterial and sometimes they were not. Always have a culture done on your urine to find out if yours are "bacterial"; if they're not, then antibiotics won't do a darn thing to help. I don't have cystitis, but I sure worried that I was heading down that road. Awful, awful, awful--the pain, the frustration, the embarrassment. I can't tell you how many times I've made emergency visits to the doctor for antibiotic treatment (and all the money I've spent to pay for it). Yeah, I've tried cranberry juice, goldenseal, special teas, etc. I'm also on Macrodantin, a low dose antibiotic (take one after any "activity" with my boyfriend). Now I also pop three ClearTract right after sexy time and this combination seems to be helping me immensely. I've spoken to my doctors (even a urologist) about ClearTract (which essentially is just D-Mannose), and they've told me that it's perfectly safe, and that if it's working, then just to keep doing what I'm doing in order to keep the UTIs away. So, I always have a stash of this stuff around. Another trick for UTI symptoms: if you feel one coming on, pop some ClearTract and drink it down with a glass of water mixed with half a tablespoon of baking soda. Four to five hours later, take four Tums. Repeat this twelve hours later, and then once again. If your symptoms don't go away w/in 48 hours, get to the doctor ASAP. You don't want your UTI to get worse or to get a kidney infection! Also, I highly recommend reading Larrian Gillespie's YOU DON'T HAVE TO LIVE WITH CYSTITIS to get a better understanding of how physiology, biology, and diet (and allergies) play a huge role in UTIs. There, I've said my peace about my horrible experience with UTIs and what has *actually* worked for me in terms of prevention and relief. I hope it works for you, too!

Summary: Best non-prescription drug on the market
Comment: I have been suffering from UTI's since I was a child, but recently they have been more frequent. I always try to do herbal remedies before I have to use antibiotics. I was in New York, running around and getting dehydrated when a UTI came on. My aunt took me to a Whole Foods like store where the clerk recommended ClearTract. Within hours I felt 100% better. This stuff is great and I HIGHLY recommended it - even for maintenance use to prevent UTI's.

Summary: A great product for eliminating UTI's
Comment: Over the years I've gotten UTI after UTI. It got to the point that the antibiotic macrobid didn't work, and sometimes even multiple courses of the strong antibiotic Cipro were required to chase one away. I started using this product a few months back and it really does work. If I even feel like I'm getting a UTI, I can take a precautionary dose and the "UTI feeling" goes away. I highly recommend this product to anybody with this recurring problem as a safe natural alternative to antibiotics.
Cleartract is actually D-mannose, a type of sugar, but it is safe even for diabetics because D-Mannose isn't metabolized, so it doesn't interfere with blood sugar regulation. D-Mannose creates no disruption or imbalance in normal body microflora so it won't make you more prone to a yeast infection like antibiotics often do. I highly recommend it.
