Summary: Good Value -- Instructions Stink
Comment: This product is a good value and gets the job done. I don't know if anyone else experienced this problem, but mine came without all the necessary bungies. Enough I suppose, but not as many as indicated. As noted by other reviewers, the instructions make no sense and don't work; but if you just follow the image on the cover of the box, you should be able to figure it out. The kids are enjoying it.

Comment: Assembly instructions are horrible. No total piece count to verify parts in the box. I'm short 3 pieces so this ball return is worthless.
I called the 888 number but hours are M - F 10am to 5pm!
I can't tell if 1 part is supposed to be crimped or if it's just bent.
If I ever do get it together, will it work? Much fustration with this thing!

Comment: My daughter was so excited about getting this. It has come in very handy. It was a bit difficult to assemble. Overall good product for the money.

Comment: My oldest son loves this net. He played with it for about 3 hours the first day it arrived and has used it often since then. The only fault with it is that the red "strike zone" cover broke off at one corner on the first day and one of the strings in the net have broken. This is not a big deal as we can paint a strike zone on the net if needed and the rest of the net is fine. I would definitely recommend this and will buy another one if this breaks.

Comment: We were anxious to get this for our seven-year old to use. We priced many others that were similar, but they were very expensive. The only negative was the red strike zone area that ripped about 5 minutes after we put it together because of some wind.
