Less than 1 gm of Carbohydrates per piece. The average piece is between 1 - 1 1/4 oz. Although this is a Low Carb & Sugarfree product, we still make this toffee the same way we make our regular toffee, using the same slow batch processes. Recipes don't change, just substitutions for the sugar. Â

Summary: Be Careful
Comment: I bought this as a treat for my diabetic husband, but I doubt he will try it because sugar is listed as the second ingredient on the front label, after milk chocolate, and right under where it says Low Carb English Toffee. Something is wrong somewhere because it says it has 29 carbs in 3 pieces and 0 sugar carbs on the nutritional label. It makes me wonder because 29 carbs is the amount in over 7 teaspoons of sugar. This was titled LOW CARB & SUGARFREE ALMOND ENGLISH TOFFEE on the Amazon listing.
