Customer Rating: Summary: Fast hot water the easy way Comment: This product is extremely easy to use. Just pour in the water, turn it on, and it does the rest.
Rapid boiling, automatic turn off, a little bell sound when its done.
Thats it, no worries. The kettle just lifts off the base where the power is connected to pour.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I'd like to see it be a thermal container so you could keep the water hot longer.
Customer Rating: Summary: Great Stainless Stell Electric Kettle Comment: It is a lot better than Krups in quality.
The water filter is built to lost without
buying a new one every 6 months.
Customer Rating: Summary: Best kettle ever - and I've used a fair few. Comment: I've had this kettle for about 2 years now and recommend it highly. It boils the water very quickly, and has a fine mesh behind the spout, so you don't get any of that unpleasant white buildup that comes with long use in your coffee/tea. It also looks great, has a very comfortable, solid handle that is nowhere near the steam from the hot water, and has a well-shaped spout (good flow, no dripping). The last reason I love this kettle is that the lid opens at the press of a button on the handle, so you don't have to fiddle with tight-fitting lids, hot/uncomfortable knobs, and the occasional burst of hot steam on your hand/forearm.
Also, the ding it makes when the water's boiled is not so loud as to be distracting, but, being used to it, I can hear it even when in another room.
Customer Rating: Summary: great product Comment: It is a luxury not to have to boil water on the stove top, which can be a fire hazard if you forget to turn it off. This product shuts off automatically and is totally safe.
Customer Rating: Summary: Electric kettle of my dreams Comment: We've had the Breville electric kettle for about a month and so far it's great. It's sturdy, attractive, fast, and has a nice, large capacity. It's got an appealing blue light to show it's on, and you can see your water heating up and coming to a boil. The "water's ready" ding is pleasant but audible.
