Customer Rating: Summary: Love It, Love It, Love It... Comment: This is by far one of the best scrubs I have tried. Let me start with the fact that it is not a soap. It is a Body Buffer and a Body Butter. You clean yourself with shower gel, and then you use this butter all over your body. The results are fantastic! After you're done you don't need lotion on your body. You are left with skin that feels like a baby's bottom :-). Loved it!!! I recommend. Customer Rating: Summary: Great Exfoliating Bar Comment: The Buff Body Butter left my skin so soft. It did such a good job of exfoliating that I didn't even need to use lotion afterward. Just a word of advice on shipping. If you live in a hot area of the country, you may want to pay for express shipping. I chose standard and live in central Texas so the bar had melted quite a bit by the time it arrived. It did solidify, however, after being left out at room temperature over night. Customer Rating: Summary: Scrub away the blues Comment: I got this as a gift from a thoughtful fellow Amazon friend ( you know who you are : ) ) and can't say enough good things about it! First of all this is not soap, I see some people are calling it such but I used this after using a body wash. This is a moisturizing exfoliant that is simply out of this world. This actually lasts longer than I thought it would, I don't know how people can use up this whole block during two showers...
The creamy, silky cocoa butter base is a nest for ground almonds, rice and adzuki beans from Eastern Asia. This bar is full of little scrubbing bits and once in the shower I have no problems holding onto it and the exfoliation it produces is wonderful. It's like a custom made scrub where you can control the intensity and placement of the scrubbing. With lavender and lemon oils it smells soft and cozy, but clean with the added creaminess from the cocoa butter. I will definitely be getting this again when it runs out, it's great from toes to neckline area - I would not touch it to the face, obviously. It leaves the skin smooth as glass and no lotion is needed at the end - gotta love that!
The best part is the glow; in the shower the butter melts into a super thin layer on top of the skin and water droplets collect on top, like on a well waxed car or something and the skin underneath is literally glowing. Amazing precuts and so natural too, I totally love it!

Customer Rating: Summary: Buffy the Backside Slayer Comment: I was in the Scottsdale, Arizona store--it was the first time I'd ever encountered Lush products. The salesgirl was so enthusiastic about all of them, but this one made me laugh--so I had to buy it. She used it on my arm, then told me a little about it. She also said that if you used it on your bottom, it would help reduce the appearance of cellulite. And for that reason, they'd taken to calling it "Buffy the Backside Slayer". Who could resist a product with a name as hysterical as that?
But the bonus is that it does work amazingly well at creating smooth, soft skin (I haven't used it long enough to speak on the cellulite reduction, but I'm not really holding my breath there). If you love exfoliating products, and especially those that leave you feeling great after, you should give this product (and the other Lush products, at that) a try! Customer Rating: Summary: not recommended for sensitive skin -gave me itchy red bumps :( Comment: After seeing a bunch of Lush products with great reviews I was really curious and decided to try this. It definitely exfoliates the skin, but leaves a buttery residue on your body afterwards which can clog your pores. It needs to be scrubbed away with shower soap. I also developed red itchy bumps. The smell (very hard to describe) was not bad, but was not terrific either. I was hoping it would smell more refreshing. I gave this 3 stars because I believe it is a good product for those that do not have sensitive skin.
