Comment: I needed a cheap stainless steel bread box and this one fit the bill nicely. It's simple and looks nice on the counter although the stainless steel is light (feels like aluminum) and will probably dent easily if dropped. The cover opens smoothly and the inside space appears to be well-ventilated. There seems to be enough space for one complete loaf of bread and a bag of bagels or muffins.
The only real downside is the weight of this box. If only it felt a little more durable...

Comment: It's a great size. I have a family of 3 but we are big eaters. This bread box easily fit a full loaf of bread 1.5 bags of hot dog rolls and a thing of hamburger rolls. It's classy, slides open easy and matches my stainless steel appliances perfectly. Buy this one! You won't be sorry! Not tinney at all! Nice and sturdy!
