Comment: Great paper shredder but I thought it was going to shred stuff into smaller pieces, shredder is great but it cuts paper into strips. shreds credit cards and paper 8 at a time no problem. good product i just want smaller clippings

Comment: I had a miserable experience with these. The first one was a dud. I sent it back. The second one was a dud, too. Neither would even start. Amazon is giving me a refund.
