The olives have a sweet and firm texture, with a color ranging from pale green to medium brown -- which is a good way to describe their wonderfully elusive taste -- somewhere between that of a green and a brown olive. Even though they are tiny in size they have a sweet robust flavor. Arbequina olives go well with fresh fruits, garden salads, or just as a snack.
