I wore out the slot on the back of the watch trying to replace the battery before I received this kit. Well worth the price. I like the fact that they include an opening tool and a new battery cover and seal for a guaranteed water tightness. Instead of taking it to a watch repair place for a new battery, save your money and do it yourself. Customer Rating: Summary: Correct Battery for T6 Comment: I saw another reviewer who ordered the wrong battery for their Suunto watch and noticed there was some inconsistency in model numbers. For anyone looking for a replacement battery for the T6, this is the correct model. Very easy to change the battery yourself (comes with a metal tool to help) and the watch retains its waterproof state thanks to the rubber casket which is included. Other than that, it's a battery and it works! Final note - if your watch has trouble sometimes connecting to the HRM or foot pod, or sometimes misses measurements, it could be that the battery is running low. Mine was just starting to have these problems but after I changed the battery, it was flawless again. Customer Rating: Summary: Suunto Battery Kit Comment: A must have for anyone with a Suunto watch. I wish I knew about this before I tried to remove the battery from my Suunto. The kit comes with a cap remover to help remove the cap on the back without tearing it up.
