At just 2.5 ounces (70 grams) the Mirage Swift Nasal Pillows is ultra light, ultra flexible, ultra adaptable and ultra secure! The Swift's nasal pillows sit flexibly and comfortably at the entrance to the nostrils to minimize facial contact and irritation; and since we include all 3 sizes of nasal pillows with every mask you're sure to get the best fit for you. Its uniquely adaptable design means that tubing can be channelled up over the head or down under the chin, and it can be attached on the left or right side of the mask so whether you sleep on your left or your right, you'll still be able to creat a comfortable tubing path. The Mirage Swift is designed to be unobtrusive and comfortable, but it's from ResMed so it also had to be ultra secure to prevent leaks and discomfort. The Swift's soft and secure headgear design enhances seal and stability, without the need for over-tightening or pinching. And the rotating pillow sleeve enables adjustment of the nasal pillows to create an optimal seal between the mask and the nose. Overall the Mirage Swift is a great solution for people who can't tolerate traditional heavy masks or lots of facial contact.

Customer Rating: Summary: Sleeping with a mask made simple Comment: During my sleep study in Dec. 2007, I had the chance to try this and two other masks, the Swift II was my clear choice. I sleep soundly, only rolling over on the tube wakes me. The adjustment is easy. I leave it just slightly tight, not cranked down, no need to. I found it's ideal to just keep the nose pillows snug, they protrude slightly into your nostrils, and stay self centered. The kit includes three sizes of nose pillows that are easy to clean and replace. If your new to Cpap or want to change to a more comfortable unit, The Swift II is by far the best choice in my mind.
Sleep well!
Customer Rating: Summary: CPAP Nasal Comment: Best CPAP nose breather I have tried. Comfortable and easy to use. It allows me to sleep comfortably on my back and sides.
Customer Rating: Summary: Look no further. Comment: I have been on CPAP for nearly 14 years. I have been through many mask styles and designs and this one beats them all hands down. It is light, the least ugly and medical looking of the bunch and small for storage or travel. It is also extremely easy to clean. Adjustment is easy and unlike most masks I have found the seal to be tight. You can see over it for watching TV in bed and you don't feel like you have an alien sucked to your face. I also think it is one of the best for not leaving big marks on your face (they are there just smaller and lighter). I honestly don't know how they could improve this mask.
My only complaint is the price, it seems mighty expensive for what you actually get, but it is well worth the extra money for a good nights sleep.
Customer Rating: Summary: I can scratch my nose when I want Comment: I've been using a CPAP fora little over three years now. The first six months I tried three different masks and hated all three. The first one had a blue gell coushion that was suppose to be the latest and greates but I had an allegic reaction and got severe burns that took three weeks to heal.
Then I got one that covered my entire nose and one that covered my nose and mouth. I disliked both mostly for the simple reason that I couldn't scratch my nose! Maybe it was in my mind but it really bugged me.
I did some reseach and sound the Mirage Swift CPAP Mask System on the Internet which was brand new and I ordered one with my own money (insurance couldn't get me one at the time they claimed). From the first night I noticed a huge improvement. Besides being able to scratch my nose I could also have the hose on my left or right side as well as over the top of my head.
It also feels less clausterphobic to me. It is the only mask I use now and have recommended it to a half douzen different people, all of which like it as well.
