I have had the Motorola phones this came with for less than 2 years and the batteries had been problematic for months before I finally had to replace them. I'm just waiting for my contract to be up before replacing the phones and batteries at a discounted rate. Good Riddance Customer Rating: Summary: Used battery Comment: They sold a used battery. I am not sure why I had the expectation it would be new. Probably because they did not identify it as used. SF Planet sells used batteries!!!!!! Caveat emptor.
