Summary: Great Pillow
Comment: I purchased this pillow and it arrived in about a week! To set the cores into the pillow was very easy. The cover that is supplied with the pillow is not very easy to put on however, the cover DOES hold tightly to the pillow which is great. As noted in the instructions, it seems to be best to start off with the softer cores and work up to the more firm ones. Once I switched over to the next level core, the first night I awoke twice to reposition. The second night I slept though the night and likewise since then. I have not upgraded the core and I have yet to have any neck aches.
I use a CPAP machine and have arthritis in my spine (and neck) and this pillow is working very well for me. I am thrilled that I finally can sleep all night and have no neck pain in the morning. I had originally asked Customer Service if they had such a pillow, little did I know that there was one in the works!!! I am very, very pleased!!!
