Customer Rating: Summary: Love to share photos? This is for you. Comment: I had a little trouble with the software at first but after playing around with it I found you need to put the usb into the keychain and then open the software. This keychain is worth the 75 points I like that it has a slideshow option too. I wish that it had a cover though, I like putting my keychains on my purse or all on one ring and I'm afraid that it will get messed up. All in all I like it :)
Customer Rating: Summary: Great Little Picture Viewer Comment: Picked one of these up for the the wife and she loves it. She had no problems with software or anything. It is with her where ever she goes its stapped on her purse and it is loaded with pictures of our puppy so when he can't be with us to show of to people she can show them pictures of him.
Customer Rating: Summary: Don't buy this product. Comment: I purchased this item as a Mother's Day gift for my wife on 5/3/08. It has now completely failed. I called their customer service department and was told I was out of warranty and could get a replacement for a fee. I guess I should have been more careful in my investigation of the company and the reliability of their products. I would NOT recommend Coby products as with this experience they are not very reliable.
Customer Rating: Summary: Awesome!!!! Comment: I ordered two of these, and absolutely love mine! The pictures show up very nice. The only thing is, close-up pics show much better. Easy to use, lightweight. I would recommend this product for those on a tight budget. I've already loaded quite a few pictures of my autistic sons. Great product!
Customer Rating: Summary: Two that won't work for me--Same error, format drive? Comment: Customer service is a waste of time. I wrote to them to tell them I was getting an error message that the drive needed to be formatted. I was told that I didn't need to format the drive. I wrote back and said, I'm not stupid, I'm just telling you what the error message is that I get. I was given the phone number to call. If it says drive needs to be formatted, and windows won't format the drive, what's the problem? I give up!
The first one wouldn't let me add photos, so I ordered another one. Same thing. Now I have two that don't work. Total waste of pepsi points.
