Comment: You cant go wrong with Leatherman...not today and not 5 years ago. I am in the IT field and have used one of these for a long time. My first tool was a valuable asset to me in everyday life until someone asked for it and I could not deny giving it to them at that very moment. It was time for a upgrade anyway.
This item popped up on GoldBox and voila - what a chance to get a great piece at a great price.....now with built in locking for the sharper objects and the ability to use bits for various purposes.
The item arrived quickly (amazon prime rocks).... It comes with a nylon sheath which I think is strong enough that it could possibly hold a bullet back... :-)
I would highly recommend that you buy the extra set of bits so you can use the screwdriver portion for many purposes.

Comment: I absolutely love my 25th Anniversary Tim Leatherman Signature Wave!
This tool is so solidly designed and incredibly versatile. I find it difficult to put down at times - it's a bit of a masterpiece in its own regard.
I can easily justify making this multi-tool part of my everyday wardrobe. I recall several instances from the past in which I would already have benefit from having had it with me.
The Leatherman tool is of excellent quality and it's got a 25-year warranty to back it up!
