Comment: I AGREE! I just bought this product but where are the instructions for the buffer? White, gray, black sides I'm confused....I'm not a nail professional. I do love the fact these products are non toxic.

Comment: there should be directions that come with this. is the gray buffer surface rougher or finer than the white one? order matters! also, since the black surface creates scratches in my nails that are too deep to buffer out, i use a finer file for the first step instead.
