Summary: Cheap, good, and it works
Comment: I bought this as my trainer started me out on a bulking routine, after a couple of months of full body workouts for conditioning.
This definitely helped me during this (ongoing) mass-gaining routine. I feel more energetic, and of course, saw a quick 6-7 lb increase within the first loading week, although much of it is water retention, probably. I've gone on to add a total of 14-15 lbs over the last 8 weeks, and I'm still gaining a pound or so each week. I eat a lot of food, and that has more to do with the weight gain than anything else. But the Creatine helps during the workout.
This was my first time with Creatine and this product seems to do just what it is meant to do. I seem to have more energy, and after a pause of 1 or 2 minutes between sets, I feel good to go again with full 100% effort. As with any other such product, it will only be useful if you've sorted out your lifting routine first and your diet as well. In itself, it won't do anything.
So eat big (and clean), lift hard and heavy (with big compound exercises like squats, deads and dips) and then take your Creatine.
