Summary: Grandma and Grandsons
Comment: This is really a great package for the young and young at heart.
I gave the DVD to my grandsons-age 8 and 10. I kept the CD for my car.
The drum solo and the special effects were worth the cost alone.

Summary: Newsboys Live in my living room
Comment: This was a great CD. I had wanted to go to the concert but this was almost as good. The quality was nice enough that I could blast it and when watching the video of the concert it was awesome. There is a nice mix of their classic songs, such as Shine and the Breakfast song while still incorporating songs from the GO album for which they were touring (and which I happen to adore). Overall, a great purchase and bargain of getting the CD as well as the DVD. I highly recommend it!!

Summary: damaged disk
Comment: The disk arrived in a shattered case and the He Reigns song says disk error. I had already pitched the broken case when I discovered the error on that song so I could not return it for an exchange and no address to send it to on the web page. Otherwise it is a great album. Mine is just missing one verse.

Summary: Greatest Christian Band Ever!
Comment: I have been a fan of the newsboys since 1991 with their "Boys will be Boyz" album and never miss a tour. I was blessed to see the "GO" tour and meet the 'boys in both Lincoln, NE and Kansas City, MO and I couldn't wait for this DVD to come out. The fact that it has a high quality cd with it is an added bonus. I only wish they had added the new song "In Wonder" which was replaced in their set list for this show with "Entertaining Angels." Don't get me wrong, hearing Peter sing "EA" is awesome and it didn't miss a beat from Phil's departure but I would have liked "In Wonder" just to change it up a bit on this DVD.
If you are a guitar player and like to watch concert dvd's to learn how to play songs this is one of the best dvd's ever for that. They spend a lot of time on Paul Colman and you can clearly see what fingering he uses to play most of the songs and their solos.
Paul Colman is one of the best additions in the history of the newsboys, however, there is not one newsboys fan that wont agree that the departure of Phil Joel was a sad day. The "GO" tour was amazing even without a "live" bass but there is a noticable void without Phil's stage charisma great vocals, and bass playing that a keyboard can't match. Although I do agree with the band's decision not to replace him, just too much history with Phil.
The "GO" stage is in typical newsboys fashion cutting edge and amazing. I rank it second best ever. 1) Take Me Tour Your Leader (alien planet and ufo's are hard to beat) 2) GO (Light's and Screens) 3) Step Up to the Microphone (Microphone's and dual spinning drum set) 4) Love Liberty Disco (Air Dome Tour).
If you love Christian Rock/Pop get this cd/dvd...you will not regret it!

I want to say i played both the cd/dvd many times and thought it was all good. I'm glad they put the dvd in the collection because its a more
personal experience to see the Dvd. I love the song (Stay strong) which is on the newsboys hits cd . The song was touching and powerful.
as for the rest of the songs they where great and they did a great job singing them. I enjoyed peter's testimony tores the end of the collection
my only negative thought was i wish he did a few more songs after he spoke the testimony ...I undestand you cant put much on a cd but through the dvd
there should of been more bonus songs .
I give it 5 stars for it was one of the best cd collection that fans
will surely love
