Tokio Hotel are a teenage phenomenon in Germany and across Europe. The band are lead singer/ songwriter Bill (who is all of 17) has been singing and writing lyrics since he was nine. His twin brother Tom (also only 17) has played the guitar for 6 years. In 2001, Bill & Tom met bassist Georg (18) & drummer Gustav (17) at a gig. They decided to form Tokio Hotel and immediately began working on songs. This debut album went to No. 1 in Germany and at this writing has sold 10 x Platinum (worldwide) and now comes to you in English! Each their first 5 singles hit Number 1 in Germany and their debut tour was a 43 date sellout, playing to over 400,000 people. The Echo Awards (Germany's equivalent of The Brits) named them "Best Newcomer 2005", MTV France pronounced them "Best Newcomer 2006", The World Music awards proclaimed them "Best Selling German Act 2006" and The European Border Breaker Awards declared them the "Best Selling German Act 2006".

Comment: I'm an artist myself and happen to listen to all types of music (rock, hip hop, r&b, jazz, country, etc.) and I think this band ROCKS FOREAL! And they're so young! I really can appreciate their music as it is very rhythmic, dynamic and their lyrics are off the chain. Please give these guys a listen!

Summary: Fan-frickin-tastic album!
Comment: Heard about these guys online about 2 months ago, unfortunately not in time to catch them in concert near me. Missed em' by a few weeks. Bummer. Anyhoo, this album rocks. Four German lads make good on their first English album. Sounds awesome, great lyrics, what more do you want? This album really touched me personally. Really inspiring. Love em!!

Comment: There is only one word to describe Tokio Hotel...AMAZING! They are my favorite artist (along with My Chemical Romance) This CD leaves me breathless start to finish. Every song is emotional and beautiful packed with meaning. Bill's voice & songwriting is flawless and absolutely gorgeous and of course Tom, Gustav, & Georg are incredible too!!!!
Songs that made me cry (in a good way): Rescue Me, Monsoon, 1000 Oceans, Sacred, By your side.
Songs that made me Scream: Scream, Ready Set Go!, Love is dead, Live every Second, Break away, Final Day.
Every song is perfect.
In short BUY THIS ALBUM you will not be disappointed!!!

What a great band out of a Germany! Tokio Hotel has released "Scream" in English and I would have to say I like every song on the cd. "Monsoon" is absolutely mesmerizing and is probably the most commercial song. Bill Kaulitz' vocals have matured and are far more seductive on the English version of "Monsoon." The bonus deutsch track betrays the young age at which Bill initially recorded the tune. What a difference a few years make!
All of the songs on "Scream" are good and I would recommend this cd to anyone. It doesn't hurt that Bill is so easy on the eyes! He's such a pretty thing!

Comment: Tokio Hotel are my favorite band and I love this CD! My favorite songs on this CD are 1000 Oceans, Sacred, Don't Jump, Monsoon and By Your Side. But I highly recommend anything by Tokio Hotel, they are amazing! Ich Liebe Dich TH <3
